What if my timeline is uncertain?
We can be VERY flexible with finding the right time to close the deal. Typical closing timeframes are as quick as 10 days or as long as 6 months.
Am I obligated to take your offer?
Absolutely not. An offer is not binding until all parties have signed an agreement.
Can I still sell my house if I'm in the process of evicting a tenant?

How fast will I receive an offer?
We can usually get you an offer within 24 hours of viewing your house, but it may take a few days depending on circumstances.
What if my spouse is deployed, but we PCS immediately after they return?

What if my house is already listed with a broker?
There are a few options when this happens, but we can still make an offer. We may have to wait until your listing agreement has expired or you may need to compensate your broker per your agreement if waiting isn't an option.
